We agree to provide you with access to and use of our website, including our online shopping platform, on the terms set out below.

The Website may contain links to third party sites, over which we have no control. Your access to and use of those third-party sites is at your own risk and may be subject to other terms of use.

Credit Card Information

We do not store any credit card information that you provide. Payments made via the website are securely managed by our third party payment gateway vendor in compliance with relevant standards.

We may change these terms from time to time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. By continuing to access and use the Website, you agree to be bound by the changes to these terms.

Returns/Warranties Policy

Karalee Electrical Contracting will provide a refund, replacement or repair of damaged or faulty goods if notified within 30days of purchase.

Proof of purchase will be required for ALL returns and must be returned in original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods: should your purchase be damaged upon receipt; Karalee Electrical Contracting will issue a full refund or exchange. If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
 

Change of Mind: if you are not entirely happy with your purchase and change your mind, you may send it back for refund or swap within 30 days of purchase.

Any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumer’s expense.

Please note: Products that have been installed cannot be returned for ‘change of mind’ refund.

All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician or warranty is void.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act).
